At Careful Diagnostic Centre, we aim to make every patient’s diagnostic journey simple, organised and comfortable. Please follow the information below before visiting the centre for consultation or diagnostic tests.

Before Your Visit

  • Please carry a valid doctor’s prescription or test requisition, wherever applicable.
  • Bring previous reports, prescriptions and relevant medical documents for comparison or clinical reference.
  • For tests requiring fasting or special preparation, please follow the instructions provided at the time of booking.
  • For USG, cardiac tests, sleep study or other specialised investigations, please confirm the required preparation in advance.

Registration & Appointment

  • Patients are requested to complete registration before consultation or diagnostic procedures.
  • For selected services and specialist consultations, prior appointment may be required.
  • Please arrive a little early for registration and necessary formalities.

Diagnostic Test Preparation

  • Some blood tests may require fasting.
  • USG and other imaging tests may require specific preparation depending on the investigation.
  • TMT, Holter, ABPM, Event Loop Recorder (ELR), Polysomnography and other specialised tests may require individual instructions.
  • Please follow the instructions given by our staff for accurate and reliable results.

Report Delivery

  • Our aim is to provide reports within the committed turnaround time.
  • Report delivery time may vary depending on the type and complexity of the investigation.
  • Patients are advised to confirm the expected report delivery time during registration.

For FNAC & Biopsy

  • Please carry the treating doctor’s advice and previous relevant reports.
  • Some procedures may require prior scheduling and specific preparation.
